At the heart of our work are two powerful tools for empowerment: education and judo. Each of our programs is designed to help Afghan girls and women unlock their potential, build leadership skills, and create lasting change in their communities and beyond.

1

EDUCATION

We match highly qualified Afghan women with High School & University Scholarships in the United States and Canada. These students not only earn degrees — they return to Afghanistan prepared to lead in government, business, and civil society.

2

JUDO

Through our GOAL (Girls of Afghanistan Lead) initiative, young women gain confidence and strength through martial arts training. Judo teaches discipline, resilience, and leadership — opening doors to careers in physical education, coaching, and more.

*New Program Coming Soon:

Afghanistan Learns Online (ALO)

A new online platform by Women Leaders of Tomorrow, Afghanistan Learns Online (ALO) will soon open digital doors to education for girls in Afghanistan. In response to the nationwide school bans, this program offers virtual high school courses, mentorship, scholarship pathways, and skill-building resources — including access to our digital Rabia Library.

Empowering young women to continue learning, no matter the barriers.
